Movement - Left / Right keys, A / D, and Left Stick

Jump - I / K keys, and A / Y (Xbox)

Spin - J key,  and X (Xbox)

Alt (Lunge & Ground Pound) - L key, and B (Xbox)

Ground Pound: Alt + down when on air (except for when spinning or lunging)

Lunge:  Alt while on floor, or while spinning in the air

You can wall-jump or spin when stuck on a wall after a lunge
